SOLUNG FESTIVAL 2019 New Jaipur

   

Arunachal  Pradesh  is  a  beautiful  state   Located  in the  North Eastern  (Tip)   part  of  Indian  Mainland. Arunachal  Pradesh state  is  beautiful,  because   it  has  natural  scenic  beauty,  Rich  in  Natural  resources,  Rich  in   Traditions  and  Cultures.  More over  the  peoples  of  this  state  are  beautiful  in  their  heart,  though  Arunachal  has  26  Major  Tribes  and  more  than  100  Sub-tribes  but  all  are  living  together  unitedly.
Adi  tribe  is  one  of  the  Major  tribe  and  living  in different  part  of  Arunachal   Pradesh,  and   Solung  Festival   is  one  of  their  Major Festival  which is  celebrated  with  a  great  enthusiastic  and  Happiness    by  this  peoples  during  the  crop  harvesting  Season   in  the   different  part  of  our  state  Arunachal  Pradesh.  This  Year 2019,  I  am   fortunate   enough  to  witness  the  Solung  Festival  Cellebration’ 2019   at   a   small  and   remote  Village  i.e  New  Jaipur.
     On  this  auspicious  occasion  of   Solung  Festival , on  the  1st  September’ 2019,  I  have  been  invited  by  the  Solung  Organizing  Committee  of  New Jaipur  Village,  a   small  village  which  is  located   near  about  6 KM  from   NH52  Lathao, under  Lathao  Circle  of  Namsai  District, Arunachal  Pradesh.
     The  chief  Guest  of  the  said  Occasion  was  Hon’ble  BJP  President  of  Namsai  District  Unit   Shri  Chau  Suzana  Namchoom,  Guest  of  Honour  Shri  Birku Dai  General secretary  ABK  Namsai  District  Unit  and  Shri  Nomung  Ratan  Convenor  ABK , Namsai District  Unit  as  a  special  guest.

     Lastly,  I  would  like  to  extend  my  gratitude  to  the   Organizing  Committee (Solung Festival  2019 ) New  Jaipur   for  giving  me such  an  opportunity  to witnesses   such  a great  Traditions  and  Culture  i.e  SOLUNG  FESTIVAL  of  Adi  Peoples  of  Our  State.
